Crystal is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She began her career in healthcare over 15 years ago. Prior to working at Aliva Balance Hormone and Wellness Clinic, Crystal has worked in a variety of settings including family practice, dermatology, and aesthetics.

She has spent hundreds of hours collaborating with other integrative and functional medicine providers, weight loss /obesity specialists, and obtained certifications in functional medicine, supplementation, nutrition, thyroid optimization, obesity medicine, peptides, and hormone therapy.
